If you have forgotten any of the credentials needed to access the Control Panel, use one of these two options as appropriate::

• I have forgotten my username. So that we can give you this information, please call our customer service line on 900 103 293.
• I have forgotten my password. For reasons of security we cannot give you this confidential information, so you will have to change your password to recover access to the Control Panel, and to do this proceed as follows::

  Enter your Control Panel username and in a few moments you will receive a message at your Control Panel main email address telling you how to change your password.

Important: bear in mind that normally a few minutes is sufficient to complete the password change process, but for reasons of security, you will have one hour to complete it from the moment of request. If this period expires without the process having concluded, return to this page and repeat the operation.
